IndexTools is being acquired by Yahoo, and deal should be done by June 2008.
I have reviewed indextools myself, met my fellow scandinavian Dennis (Denmark) - and what a great opportunity for all. Dennis is a great guy, smart guy, and I give him a big applause for efforts all the way around!
IndexTools is a great web analytics and metrics system, and beats out 85% of the competition in features, flexibility of custom reports and dashboards, as well as pricing. I trust Yahoo will keep this success formula!
